Obviously any supporters at this time are ignorant as to the true facts in this case. I find it strange that anyone could believe that intruders (or anybody) supposedly high on multiple illegal drugs could find their way to the bathroom much less commit this crime and erase any evidence of their presence on the night of the murders.

I may start a thread later about how I became involved and interested in this case. Many of you already know that story and may want to share with us too.

roflmao!  inmate did not have a brain injury and he did not fight with any intruders.  IF he'd had a brain injury (or for that matter even been rendered unconscious) then he WOULD NOT and COULD NOT have remembered what happened.  The FACT that he gave detailed descriptions of events and people is proof positive that things did not happen as he claimed they did.  IT IS MEDICALLY IMPOSSIBLE.  You cannot remember the blow that renders you unconscious AND the memory leading up to the loss of consciousness would be damaged and limited.  Also, depending on the depth and length of unconsciousness the memory of things that happened after awakening would be impaired to some degree too.

you really need to learn to learn things that impact what you say.....inmate slaughtered his family.  Still wondering when you are going to answer TexasPoet's question.....Why do you HATE Colette, Kimberley, Kristen, and the unborn baby boy so much?

I understand the feeling of being "done" with repeating yourself to no appreciable response....however, I often feel compelled to reply just so that some "newbie" doesn't come by and then wonder why no response to such "posts" exists.  Unfortunately, that is sort of how inmate etal have been able to keep so many people hoodwinked for so long.  After the trial and the publishing of FV the government no longer indulged in making public comments in re: inmate.  So inmate etal started their continuous cut and paste presentation, the misrepresentation of events, revisionist history, and outright lies and since they were the only one talking that is the information that was propagated.  Sadly it still happens even now, remember last summer with the PEOPLE Magazine and ID channel show that ONLY focused on the defense side of the case, misrepresented the facts as usual and totally ignored the thousands of easily found ACTUAL certified documentation and case facts?  On the plus side the person responsible for the particularly crappy and untrue articles and tv show lost her job over it!

The PEOPLE magazine snow job is on this afternoon. I won't be watching it.
 

The deadline for petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court for a writ to review the latest denials by the district court and 4th Circuit was Monday, May 20, 2019.  I have not found a request for extension of the deadline, or a petition for writ at the U.S. Supreme Court.  There may be a delay in updating the online dockets, but it appears that MacDonald's latest claims may have ended with the 4th Circuit.

Wonder if Rebel will do us the honor of informing us whether that is the case, or provide us with a docket number.
