Compassionate Release
Well, MacDonald seems to have survived almost a year and a half without compassionate release. I guess things weren’t that bad?

I totally agree. I am sure that at his age he has health issues but most people his age do,
He was just looking for a get out of jail for free card without having to admit to the horrible crimes
he committed.!!!!!

Periodically I check his um, status. I also peruse recent articles. I guess it’s sad, but I can’t help it, I’ve followed it for so long. I thought I’d let it go after the Fourth Circuit finally ended the madness, but the madness continues. What next? I guess, and I hate to be morbid, it won’t be over until he passes.

Every breath he takes is abhorrent to me. On the other hand, I get satisfaction from the fact that over the years he’s tried every trick in the book to get out, yet he’s still in his cage where he belongs.

Gina - I don't him taking breaths, as long as he is behind bars. I wouldn't mind if he lived to be 105. As long as he never gets out of jail.

I wonder if he has come to terms with the fact that he most like will die in prison, maybe be released 36 hours before his death. Not his professed innocence but the fact that he is going to remain in prison.
