Poorly written document with limited if any research done! Fatal Invasion? Just one error of several. Not to mention the article did not include several key points like the fact that Errol Morris was pushed to admitting basically that he "may have" been wrong in Wilderness of Error etc in the podcast

What nonsense. Former children? They are still his children. He murdered them.
But they are still his children. And they always will be.
She was never their drama teacher.
This is an interesting twist on describing her as a family friend, and supposedly her father knew JRM and introduced her to him as a young lady. Totally fabricated.
JRM did this with at least one other woman, telling her to invent a story of friendship before he went to prison. It serves two purposes. It makes the relationship seem less tacky, less like a groupie attracted to dangerous criminals. More like a normal healthy relationship or friendship.
And could make a difference if he ever found himself in a jurisdiction where visitors are limited to people with a prior relationship to the inmate.
