Red - not sure what your complaint is. You expected someone else to post a video just because you mention it?
I told you before, I don't hate JRM, but I do hate what he did.
I find him fascinating actually. I wish we knew more about family annihilators and what triggers them.
I am also intrigued by his ability to fool people into supporting him. It seems obvious to me what happened in this case, but many otherwise normal people have supported him over the years and believed deeply in his innocence.
Everyone has their own reasons for being on this group. Some like to debate the nuance of the case. Like did Colette go into Kristen's room before Kristen was killed, to try to save her, or after she was already dead?
Other people just want to keep the memory of the victims in our hearts.
Others like to debate the legal issues, like speedy trial, or whether the judge ruled correctly on motions during the trial.
But whatever it is, we should respect the memory of the real victims, and also back up our opinions with logical arguments.

The Family Anniather basically was a first hand account of JMacs thought process. I found it fascinating to hear him justifying or denying his involvement. I can’t believe nobody has any interest in this

Red,
The Definition of a hero;
“ a person admired for achievements and noble qualities
: one who shows great courage”
What achievements can Mac claim, what noble qualities does he have? Courage? Mac is a coward, always hiding behind lies and manipulation. Colette was and is the true hero. Idolization of Mac, the brutal killer, family annihilator and liar denigrates her courage and sacrifice. Why isn’t Colette one of your heroes?
This board is neither moldy or dying. It’s just the case has wound down and Mac is now quite irrelevant. When something new or important arises, we check it out and discuss it.
Tell me this, if you can, why do you find it so important to support Mac and completely ignore the victims?

Why is this called the Jeffry Macdonald case forum? In my opinion the fascination of the “Event “ is the ups and down and twists and turns of the legal process. That’s my involvement with the situation. The victims are not crucial from a “did he do it “ scenario. It doesn’t mean that the are insignificant in any way

The victims ARE crucial and paramount in all aspects of the case. Colette, the wife. The unborn child. Five year old Kimberley and two year old Kristen. All victims, all brutally murdered, dying in pain and anguish and probably in shock that their attacker was their husband/father. And then fifty-two years of lies and manipulation and ridiculous posturing. And fifty-two years of torment for Colette’s, Kimberley’s and Kristen’s family and friends.
By the way; he did it! Proven with volumes of evidence. List the specific evidence that casts doubt on his guilt.
Why can’t you say the names? Why is it so hard?

No I did state that the victims are not insignificant. That means they do matter absolutely. What I’m sayin here is that nobody can dispute that they were killed. I’m not the heartless person that you want to believe

I watched part of this video. The moron didn’t even know the girls names and said one was Nichole. What I watched was rife with incorrect information, He claims to have talked to MacDonald in prison, but we only have his word. In my opinion this video is a waste of time.

The victims are paramount! They weren’t killed, they were brutally murdered and their names are; Colette, Kimberly, and Kristen, and there was an unborn child.

This video in Franzese opinion is guilty guilty guilty. Maybe Franzese isn’t exactly Man of the Year, but he most certainly saw the dark side of JMac

MacDonald has benefited many times from the celebrity of his case and the willingness of others (ex. Errol Morris) to link themselves to his (MacDonald) case for their own purposes. I suspect the same is true of Micheal Franzese.
The government said about Franzese; "Mr. Franzese has led the Government on a long, merry chase for a number of years," adding. “He gave us nothing of value about anyone in Cosa Nostra. We essentially view him as a con man."
Jeffery MacDonald brutally murdered his pregnant wife Colette and two young, precious daughters Kimberley and Kristen. He then made up a ridiculous story that very few have believed. According to his own testimony, he behaved neither like a competent doctor or a concerned husband and father. A jury heard the case, examined the evidence, and convicted him. Two counts of second degree murder and one count of first degree murder for Kristen. Since then every court, including the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court have ruled against him. The parole board ruled against him. It’s over.
MacDonald is not courageous, he is not a hero. He is evil and pathetic. He is a family annihilator, a butcher, a liar and a manipulator. He is most likely a narcissist and sociopath. He has stayed connected to his story and lies because it is all he has, and he has probably come to believe it. A jury didn’t. Judges haven’t. It’s over.
It’s over.
