Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Possibly similarly traits.   However I’ve never been accused of murder.     I had business interests in 4 different shopping malls.     When it came to being a player, Mac had nothing on me.   One thing that I’ve learned in life is that there’s a lotta playa haters out there

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Red - You say you were charged with domestic violence, and never convicted. And you say that makes you a victim.
That is false.
That is all part of our justice system. A charge can be laid, if the govt believes there is a preponderance of evidence (50%+1).
Those charges could be dropped, if the govt later decides the evidence is not good enough. Or, you could be found not guilty. Or the judge could declare a mistrial. Or it could be overturned on appeal.
All are part of due process. It doesn't mean you were a victim.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Also Red, the DWI you describe is not the system making a mistake. They followed procedure, and you received due process.
You were found not guilty and that is fine. That is the justice system in action.
No victims there.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

The justice system makes accusations and it’s ip to those accused to fight them.  Don’t tell me that the burden is always easy to prove.   This Forum went to great lengths to discredit me and my opinions.    They searched all over tor anything they could find.     Let that sink in for a while .

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Red is not a playa. Red is not a successful business person. Such a person would not come here to strut and play games. Red isn’t interested in interacting,  sharing ideas or comparing facts and evidence. Red is here seeking attention with sly remarks, innuendo, mysterious comments, veiled taunts and braggadocio. There is nothing that can be said, no point made that will make any difference. Red is in a personal dance to music only he/she hears and wants partners to lead.

You’re gonna try and discredit Red anyway you can, now that he’s shown the lengths of bias in this Forum.        I’m out

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

I never tried to discredit you Red.
I always try to debate facts and evidence. There are different ways to interpret evidence.
I did want to draw you out, and find out your real views of the case.
You did reveal that you care very little for the murder victims.
You seem to think JRM is the real victim.
You even said that once the Justice system began to pursue JRM, Colette and the girls were no longer victims.
And you blame the whole thing on Freddy.
That inspired me to go back and read FV again. I wanted to read again about Freddy coming to realize who did it.
And his long quest for justice.
I got to the part of the Grand Jury in 1975 where Victor Worhyde was questioning JRM. What a scene!
The beauty of that book is Joe uses the real source material such as tapes or transcripts, and puts you right there as it is happening.
But I won't be responding to you any more Red.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Unbelievable! Red was banned from the last discussion board. for doing what he is trying to do here.

Anyone is allowed to post and discuss the case if they are a member. Red has chosen not to discuss

why he thinks MacDonald should get out of prison and has said that MacDonald was the "victim"..

I tried humor on him, but he got offended, I tried to understand why he would consider MacDonald a

victim.  Apparently Red considers this a game in which he can brag about how great he is. Once exposed

he is taking his marbles and going home.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

To get parole, you have to admit guilt, then you have to make a full allocution of the murders with all details, but even then he would not get immediate parole.  Since he cause all the trouble and expense to the judicial system.
