He never should have even been brought to trial to begin with. It’s easy to kick a man once convicted and then twist the evidence to fit the scene Mac lived in the same house. His footprint ( both literally and figuratively) , are going to be all around the crime scene. You talk about Macs witness being a liar? Let’s talk about prosecutier misconduct. One a cheater always a cheater .

Let's try this cm own mouth, 3 people in the living room. He hears Collette screaming, Jeff, Jeff why are the doing this to me?
They is plural pronoun, so that means there had to be at least 5 people in the house. They brutally murder the 3 girls, 2 of whom are children, but an athletic green beret, who does amauter boxing has a few cuts? Why wasn't he all beat up fighting 5 people? What in hell would they let him live, it makes no sense at all!

A bloody footprint will be in the house because he lives there? Are you a complete idiot? How many bloody footprints do you have in your house, there are none in mine.

A bloody footprint at a triple murder scene when the one surviving victim calls the military police? Highly likely. And please don’t call people idiots. Not cool. This type of behavior is so typical of Mac haters and just is plain ignorant and closed minded

Someone in that house wearing his pyjama top, with his blood type, with his footprints, killed those people.
Everything that’s come out since then hasn’t really contradicted the physical evidence of the case.

Mac lived in the apartment. His pajama thread is going to be around the crime scene since he used it to ward off the attacker’s. They even carried threads behind the headboard when they wrote Pigs in blood. His blood is going to be present since he was wounded, and his blood covered foot was there as he struggled to get to the phone to call the police. This case should never have been sent to the Grand jury to review

You’re hilarious, but wrong!

Don’t forget the Article 32 hearing did not lead to charges being filled. And the Grand jury was deliberating the case almost to the very end of their time limit. So it certainly wasn’t a slam dunk “ he’s guilty “ kind of scenario

So this is how the entire nightmare ends? Mac still caged up like a animal, the case , while not in limbo, undecided. . What’s next? Has this forum pretty much turned into a death watch? Cake and balloons and cheers when the day comes? Shame, shame, shame

I disagree, red1975pacer. The real shame is that a man murdered his pregnant wife and two small children
and has shown no remorse. He is not even sorry. He robbed his family and the family of his victims when he
took away their right to live a long and healthy life. So excuse me if I feel nothing but relief when he goes to
meet the ultimate judge. May he burn in Hell and may the fires be especially hot for his sorry and selfish self.
