Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Jeffrey MacDonald while incarcerated in the correctional institution in Sheridan, Ore was treated for skin cancer with Efudex Cream
which caused his skin to became horrible looking for about six weeks.

To my knowledge, that took care of his skin cancer problem.

As far as the kidney disease, that could be kidney stones.
If it were serious he would have already had a kidney transplant or be on dialysis.

So do the math - his skin "cancer" was approximately 25 years ago, his kidney issue (which could have been a kidney stone)
was 14 years ago. So tell us again WHY he needs a get out of jail free card NOW???????

The above question about "tell us WHY he needs a get out of jail free card now" is and
was directed at Kathryn MacDonald.

PS:  If he has a fourth stage kidney disease, he could have a transplant while in prison. I heard of a prisoner who did,

Any medical services he may need can be obtained while in prison.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Do the true victims have a say in this? Bob and Christina? The prosecutors? Where is the compassion for Colette and her little babies?
Who was this filed with, the court? And again, do the victims get to submit dr’s opinions and their feelings about it? There should be another medical evaluation done by the State as well so it can be evaluated properly. Susan Atkins was not let out on Compassionate release in liberal Calif,, and she was dying of brain cancer. Stabbing a pregnant woman was too much to consider “compassion “ for her sick ass. She died in prison where she belonged and so should the other inmate who murdered, not only a pregnant woman, but 2 little girls. His own.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

Mac the Knife had zero compassion for his wife, daughters, and unborn son. Accordingly, he should receive none in return and I honestly hope he dies a painful death behind bars. He shouldn't receive one second of whatever time he has left as a free man.

@Sage - I remember the attempts to get Susan Atkins out on compassionate release and all I could think about is "how DARE she and her family try to ask for this." She looked at Sharon Tate, who was begging and pleading for them to let her have her baby and then they could do whatever they wanted to her, and said "Look, bitch, you're going to die and I don't care a thing about it. "

I was so glad the murdering Susan Atkins didn't get released and I have to hope Mac the Knife won't ever see the light of day except through a prison window or yard.

Re: The worst "he's innocent" justification - lack of parole request

cm (convicted murderer) is not going to be released.  If the judge was so inclined, he would have acted on it immediately.  He has put the application into his pile of other pending appeals.  I don't expect to hear anything for a least 6-8 months and it will be denied on the basis that he is not going to over rule the prison system denial, IMHO.

Thank you for the update Christina. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping he does not get approved for
a Compassion Release. He had no compassion for the victims.

Christina, do you know how long it takes for MacDonald to receive an answer?
My goodness it would be horrible if he gets out.

I seriously doubt the judge will make a decision at the hearing. I suspect he say he will take the issue under advisement and notify the parties when his decision has been reached. I could be wrong, this is only my opinion.
