Re: VERDICT IS IN

Hi, cm is the textbook psychopath, no question.  If you really want to be reminded rewatch the Dick Cavett interview he did.

Hi Texas Poet, not only is his appeal unlikely, it absolutely will fail.  Why? Because on appeal you have to show a misapplication of the law or a law, which is not the case here.  The Judge has it correct.  So, no appeals court will grant Compassionate Release, cm does not quality, simple as that.

Hi Tim2020

I agree completely. I did my regular check of the news yesterday and was thinking about this case and convict. I’m sure he thinks that he is very clever. Cancels his parole requests, where he would have to allocute, so he could seek compassionate release, where no admissions of guilt are necessary. Foregoing vaccine, so he can claim vulnerability. And so on. He’s a real piece of work. And, I believe he doesn’t even see how many times he has made things worse for himself. Just to preserve an image he holds of himself that no one else believes. Which is good, because it keeps him locked up.

Thanks for the great comments.

Sadly there are some people out there who do believe inmate and SMQs proclamation of innocence - or at least they appear to believe the nonsense.  Many of these believers (Macolites) are ridiculous in the extreme.  Just one example was the one who proclaimed that President Obama was going to pardon inmate.  Seriously?  LoL, even if it was a possibility inmate would have been in an  untenable position!  Accepting a pardon is tantamount to admitting you are guilty of the offense for which you were imprisoned.  Therefore if pardon was granted then inmate could shout to the rafters that he was not guilty but everyone with more than 2 functional brain cells and an ability for salient thought would KNOW he was guilty.

I wonder if inmate is at all aware of the legal problems SMQ has gotten herself into over the last few years.  I know I am not the only one who laughs at how ridiculous she has made herself and the claims of inmate!  The more ignorant behavior she displays the worse she makes her husband appear and she no longer has Larry King to fawn over her.

The Dick Cavett interview gives me chills and makes inmate look even more creepy than I thought he was before I watched it the first time but after I'd read Fatal Vision.

seriously - ick!

Re: VERDICT IS IN

Is there any word on the status of inmate's appeal on the denial of his compassionate release?

Good morning byn!

All I can find is that a notice has been filed. Not sure tha actual appeal has been filed yet. I’m always surprised, and disgusted,  at the number of times Convict has had to be heard and the number of attorneys that have aided him!

I hope it’s another oppportunity for him to suffer disappointment and pain.

Re: VERDICT IS IN

Hi to all I just finished re-reading Christina's book Scales of Justice.  I had read it over 20 years ago.  I had forgotten how bungled the investigation was.  I still can't believe they lost the piece of skin under Colette's fingernail.  As I am sure that was the murderer's.  Also, I was surprised at how anti-Judge Dupree, Christina was.  I wonder if she would have liked to see an new trial. (Christina you are free to comment, of course).  Finally, I didn't realize Greg Mitchell, also claimed he was in the house.  Which I find more than interesting, why would 2 people say they were there?  And it still boggles the mind why wasn't cm the first one to be killed?  After all, he is the one person that could fight back. Regarding the coffee table being top heavy, it's possible when it fell if people were in a small room it landed against someone's leg, which is why it didn't fall all the way over. I still think cm is guilty, but the book raises a lot of questions.      Finally, I know that a bunch of people on acid/mescaline couldn't enter a house without making a lot of noise. So cm might have crashed, due to his taking speed for weeks prior but Colette would have heard them, and you would have thought she would have screamed.  She didn't because she knew the person she was having the fight w/?  Is it correct that the hair in Colette hand was cm's and Bernie had said find whose hair that is and you'll have your murderer, or words to that effect?  Anyone feel free to comment.

Re: VERDICT IS IN

While I do appreciate the questions you raise, it’s kind of hard to determine if you have reached a conclusion on guilt or innocence of Mac. Not that it matters, because you do show a pattern of Reasonable doubt
