I never said you were convicted - I said CHARGED.

MacDonald was CONVICTED.

Yea all in agreement that the family is the victims up to the point of incrimination of the last one.      .....Mac, whose life may have been ruined by a personal vendetta gone awry.  Now I’m not gonna answer who’s responsible for the turn of events.

Colette, Kimberley, Kristin, and the baby remain victims. Nothing changes that!

Mac’s life was ruined by Mac and only Mac.

There was no personal vendetta. Freddy Kassab sought and eventually received justice for his family. Brian Murtagh did his job well and ethically. He sought and obtained justice for the family. Evidence is evidence and facts are facts.

The only turn of events was Mac snapping and brutally murdering Colette and Kimberly. He then sought to cover up his crime and eliminate all witnesses, so, with premeditation, malice and aforethought he viciously murdered his helpless two year old daughter Kristin and tucked her lifeless body into bed. This has been proven by facts and evidence. Mac was responsible for all of it!

You don’t say who is responsible because you know it was Mac, and you can’t bear to say it. So you play games.

Reality is what it is. Mac is what he is; a family annihilator.

The system makes mistakes.   They’ll go around charging people all the time.     And it’s up to the victims to protect their credibility.     One time I get pulled over below the legal drinking limit.  I blow below the implied drunk number.   One cop tells me to just go plead guilty, another says fight it.     I fight it and it’s thrown out .    The system makes mistakes.

What about all those other times when you either pled guilty or were found guilty?

Were those mistakes???????

"They" do not just go around charging "people" all the time.

MacDonald has had more trials and hearings than anyone in history and he was

rightfully found GUILTY.

Yes, the system makes mistakes, sometimes tragic mistakes . Sometimes the innocent are punished, sometimes the guilty go free. The system also achieves justice. I’ve had a life altering experience with the legal system, all the way to the Supreme Court, and I KNOW, how the system can be manipulated and how it can fail. I paid a great price and I’m more knowledgeable and more sympathetic than most because of my experience and I have been very open-minded in my study of the MacDonald case. After reading “Fatal Vision” and “Wilderness of Error”, a myriad of magazine articles, and visiting several websites, and reviewing all the facts and evidence, I believe Mac is guilty of all charges. Justice was done. Because of my personal experience I have looked for every way that Mac might be innocent, and I have found no facts or evidence that clears him, or even mitigates his guilt. In his case, the system worked and justice was done.

What facts and evidence do you have, that I’ve missed, that proves otherwise? Facts and evidence, not vague innuendo or aspersions.

This Forum looks up and down, left and right trying to discredit Red.   And other than a few non  Dwi traffic tickets and a domestic violence event that was never convicted it finds nothing.    Shame shame shay

Aren’t you giving yourself too much importance? There probably has been too much response to your games and “non-answers”. Shame on me for that. All done.

Noone other than yourself is trying to discredit you. We keep asking you to discuss why

you think MacDonald should get out of prison and you keep calling him a victim!

Personally, I am trying to understand why you emphasize with him, Is it because you are

a person who does not see anything wrong with his actions or because you may have

similar traits?
